Meyvelerini toplamas\u0131 i\u00e7inde d\u00fczenli olarak budanarak \u00e7at\u0131 5 metre kadar \u00e7at\u0131 boyutu civar\u0131nda bir boyda tutulmaktad\u0131r. Kahve a\u011fac\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 defne yapra\u011f\u0131n\u0131 and\u0131ran kenarlar\u0131 dalgal\u0131 ve derimsi k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda d\u00f6k\u00fclmeyen koyu renkli, parlak ve sivri u\u00e7lu yapraklar\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Tico, Mundo, Novo, San Roman, Caturra, Blue Monution takip eder. Arabica olan\u0131n asit miktar\u0131 Robusta\u2019ya g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha az ve aromal\u0131d\u0131r. Robusta t\u00fcr\u00fc is 0 ile 600 metre aras\u0131nda yeti\u015fmektedir.
